食品公司： Material Planning Manager

Position Title： Material Planning Manager物料计划经理

The purpose of this position is to lead Shanghai & ShenZhen material planning team to ensure raw, packaging and relevant indirect material supply to meet the production requirement via material planning and PO management system. The role will play a leading position to optimize the material planning system and material KPI performance system. As the leader of the material planning team, He/She will take the full responsibility for the continuous team growing to meet the needs of rapid development of the company business.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leading Shanghai & ShenZhen material planning team generating the material plan, managing daily purchasing order with daily tracking, feedbacking and co-ordinating with relevant functions to ensure/secure the material supply.
2. Set-up and execute safety stock mould strategy to meet business needs and implement accordingly.<
> 3. Set-up material inventory strategy，target, execute with daily control and regular tracking，improvement.
4. Co-operate with Sourcing team to improve suppliers’ service level including daily order delivery, import material progress control, quality performance, capacity review etc.
5.Co-operate Shanghai & ShenZhen 2 group for common material supporting each other, experience sharing, material planning strategy execution and progress tracking, etc.
6. Leading on SAP system maintain for daily using; leading relevant system development and execute for working efficiency and accuracy improvement.
7. Close working with Planning Manager for daily supply progress updating, plan execution, switch project progress updating etc.
8. Close work with Export project team for switch project management to minimize the write-off cost.
9. Build up, coach and manage the material planning team with professional, growing ability and result-orientation to comply the company’s business target.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong material planning / FG supply planning skill
2. Good SAP skill
3. Strong on people management skill
4. Good negotiation Skill
5. Good supply chain knowledge
6. Certain relevant packaging or food ingredients knowledge At least 5 years working experience in the planning function of supply chain environment, with at least 3 years in a management role in material planning management
7. Bachelor or above
