食品公司：Assistant NPD Manager
Position Title: Assistant NPD Manager This position is responsible for the NPD of assigned products / production lines manufactured in Shanghai PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Product and Process Development
Responsible to lead within allocated responsibility / under guidance of line Manager, product and process development projects within the assigned budget and timeline, periodically reporting to Line Manager progresses / issues, supporting assessment of priorities and resources allocation, ensuring understanding of cost factors of product and process and supporting in providing independent evaluation on product (sensory and shelf life)
2. Ingredients, Recipes, and Process Improvement
Propose, lead and support ingredients, recipes and process improvement projects (proactively and / or as assigned by Line Manager) for enhancement of product quality, production efficiency and cost reduction
3. Documents and Data System
Prepare and maintain Documents and Data System
4. People and Organizational Development
Ensure support to NPD Department Organization development and people growth for company business advantage, ensuring matching of business and personal needs with available resources
5. Communication
Ensure effective and efficient communication between NPD and other internal (M&E, SC, MKTG, FIN) and external (HQ, Suppliers, etc) parties, where allocated by Line Manager
6. Technical Regulation and Legislation Compliance
Ensure compliance to Technical Regulation and Legislation related matters for assigned products. QUALIFICATIONS：
1. Comprehension and utilization of basic Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice principles required for product formulation. Working knowledge of food regulatory frameworks.
2. 5 years above experience in NPD management. 7 years above experience in food research and development, with creative and innovative mind and proactive attitude
