Position: Sr. Food Technologist, Seasoning
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Support the RT and FS business through product development and other technical service support.
2.Responsible for the timely and successful completion of all assigned projects including product development, product duplication, product maintenance and research work in support of customer product development.
3.Coordinate and communicate with other departments on workflow improvement and Best Practice implementation for the designated business.
4.Use technical expertise to assist resolving problems in the operation, purchasing and other department
5.Keep department head fully informed on all aspects of operation.
6.Be aware of the latest product developments or trends in own field
7.Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities of own section.
EXPERIENCE:
1.Over 5 years working experience in product development and research in related food industry focus on savory products.
2.At least 2 years’ experience in dry products like seasoning, coating, etc.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1.Self-motivation
2.Good communication skills and sense of responsibility
3.Wanna know how and why
4.Good time management to handle projects well
5.Love food
6.Knowledgeable of related experimental analysis methodologies and tools
7.Better understanding/recognition on flavor & market trends
8.Be proficient in written and spoken English
9.Computer literacy
